An Honest Trailer for Jurassic World: DominionJurassic World: Dominion is the sixth movie in the Jurassic Park franchise. That's about two films past the point in which most franchises have jumped the shark. It premiered barely two months ago, which is just enough time for Screen Junkies to distill it into an Honest Trailer. Their opinion is that there are two things that set this movie apart from the others in the franchise. One is bringing back the cast of he original Jurassic Park, which is good even if it makes no sense. The other is bugs, which is bad because it doesn't add any terror to a world that already has dinosaurs running loose, and it makes even less sense. Maybe it's time to retire the franchise... which ain't gonna happen no matter how bad the movies get, because they always make a ton of money. Oh yeah, here's the Honest Theme Song video they were talking about.
Jurassic World Dominion TrailerThe Jurassic Park movie franchise began thirty years ago to ask the question, "Can dinosaurs and humans coexist?" That question has been answered six times already, but the people in that film universe do not listen. First we had the Jurassic Park trilogy, and then it started all over again in the Jurassic World trilogy. Now comes a seventh film, Jurassic World Dominion, which once again seeks to warn us about bringing back monstrous extinct predators, lest Universal Pictures make too much money. This movie marries the first and second trilogy by focusing on dinosaur whisperer Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), while bringing back the wise ones, Alan Grant (Sam Neil), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) from the first trilogy.
