This year’s NBA All-Stars is going high fashion. Jewelry giant Tiffany and Co is announcing a collaboration with Cleveland Cavaliers’ creative director Daniel Arsham, as reported by Highsnobiety. This is not the first time that Tiffany is partnering with either the designer or an NBA entity. Special edition Tiffany’s Spalding ball was already on the market for a couple of grand. However, this new project will take on a grander court, the NBA All-Stars.
As the All-Stars weekend is approaching, a Tiffany pop-up store will be present at The May in downtown Cleveland where the Cavs will be hosting their big game. Visitors can stroll around, shoot hoops on a custom half-court, and view the real Larry O’ Brien trophy that the Cavs won in 2016. They will be able to purchase custom-made Wilson basketballs in Tiffany blue that also bear Arsham’s signature double A logo. The bespoke ball retails at $575.
