Artist Andrew Sorohan is a dedicated fan of the Transformers franchise. To prepare for Halloween, he’s taking classic monsters from Dungeons & Dragons and other media and reimagining them as transformable robots. Here’s a beholder, one of the greatest monsters from the game which has slaughtered unwary characters since its introduction in 1975.
In robot mode, the monster becomes the even more terrifyingly dangerous astral dreadnought. Is it an Autobot or a Decepticon? I’d say that it’s so monstrous that even Megatron would not tolerate its presence in his team.
