Dream, the YouTube Star, Reveals His Identity to FansOn February 9, 2014, a 14-year-old kid created a YouTube channel dedicated to Minecraft content. The kid, simply known as Dream, received a few thousand subscribers and views in his first years on YouTube. Suddenly, he stopped uploading. It wasn't until the game's resurgence in 2019 that Dream began uploading again. This time, he did not only gain thousands of subscribers and views; he gained millions. However, not much is known about him. While people heard his voice, no one knew his face, as he always hid it inside a smiley-face mask. Years after his rise to YouTube stardom, Dream, now 23, decided to show his face to the world. "Hi! My name is Clay, otherwise known as Dream online," he says as he finally removes the mask that always concealed his face. But why did he reveal his face now? Dream says he did this as he was meeting George (a fellow Minecraft YouTuber) for the first time after chatting with him for years. He also says he plans on living a more public life, meeting with other content creators. Even with his face revealed, Dream says he does not plan on adding a face cam in his Minecraft videos. He will, however, make more in-real-life (IRL) videos with his friends, who will live with him. (Image Credit: Dream/ YouTube) #Minecraft #Gaming #VideoGames
