The title looks like a mishmash of unrelated things, but hear me out. A couple of years ago, Taco Bell took Mexican Pizza off their menu, as a part of streamlining their service due to the pandemic. Fans were not happy. They'd been ordering Mexican pizza from taco Bell since 1985. So after two years, Taco Bell is <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/18/business/taco-bell-mexican-pizza-return/index.html" alt="bringing back their Mexican Pizza" class="on">bringing back their Mexican Pizza</a> beginning May 19th. Of course, there's an ad campaign to spread the word. The idea began when Doja Cat made a satirical rap about the bygone pizza.

TikTokker Victor Konda imagined what it would be like as a musical production.

Taco Bell was rather amused at all the kerfluffle, and recruited both Konda and Doja Cat to make it happen. And then they got Dolly Parton on board!

A TikTok Musical About Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza Starring Dolly Parton

You might recognize the photo above, as it was the cover image for the October 1978 issue of Playboy magazine with Dolly Parton as the cover girl. In March of 2020, Parton mused that she might pose again for Playboy when she turned 75. When she turned 75, she realized that Playboy no longer has a print magazine. So she improvised and arranged a photoshoot in bunny ears. When her husband Carl Dean's birthday rolled around, Dolly presented him with the new portrait, framed alongside the 1978 cover image ...in costume.
