Prom night is a once in a lifetime occasion. So naturally, every teen wishes to make it magical. This Arkansas teen took this notion to the next level. Hailey Skoch wowed the internet when the prom dress she made using pages from the Harry Potter books went viral, as reported by <a href="https://arktimes.com/arkansas-blog/2022/04/25/prairie-grove-seniors-prom-dress-crafted-from-harry-potter-pages-leaves-us-stupefied" class="on">Arkansas Times</a>.A lifelong fan of the wizarding world, Hailey said that she was inspired to create a prom dress with “the words that brought her peace, the books of her childhood”. Using over 12,000 pages, Hailey spent four days folding, gluing, sewing and stapling the dress all by herself. Throughout the process, she kept herself entertained by binge watching the entire Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts film series.
