The Little Mermaid Crazy Hair Day Hairstyle
A lot of children dream of being a Disney character, or at least, being named after one.Ariel's sister, Atlantis, whose names are both inspired by The Little Mermaid, had a crazy hair day at school. Their mom made extra effort in creating her hairstyle which literally has an Ariel (the character, not the sister) doll stuck inside her braid. After the crazy hair day photo went viral on social media, they received a lot of inquiries about how they did the hairstyle. This pushed them to post a tutorial. In a nutshell, the hairstyle is done by first doing a regular French braid, and then inserting the little mermaid doll on top. Finally, temporary green hair coloring is applied on top of the braid. The green makes the braid look like the doll's tail. After a few touches, the final look of Atlantis' hair reveals The Little Mermaid, Ariel.Image credit: Ariel Romero (@aireuhl on Twitter) #Disney #Princess #Ariel #TheLittleMermaid #Hairstyle #CrazyHairDay
X-Men Princesses: Disney Princesses and Marvel's X-Men Mash Ups by Marcus The Visual
We are in love with these X-Men and Disney Princess mash up artwork drawn by illustrator and comic artist Marcus Williams (AKA Marcus the Visual).Back in September 2019, Williams wrote on Instagram, "I remember watching Frozen with my kids when it came out in theaters and saying to myself, 'so ... Elsa is pretty much an ice wielding mutant.'"And that gave him the seed of an idea. " Seeing as how Disney now owns the rights to the X-Men, it's only natural that some of the more "magically" adept Disney princesses would pull a crossover with the famed team of mutants...eventually," Williams added.Williams started releasing his mash-up artwork of Disney Princesses and X-Men characters, titled "X-Men Princesses," and we don't need to tell you that they are Marvel-ous (hah). Take a look below.#XMen #Disney #DisneyPrincesses #XMenPrincesses #MarcusWilliams #MarcusTheVisual #superhero #mashup
