They call it the MonsterVerse: the Legendary Pictures/Warner Bros. Godzilla and King Kong franchise that was launched in 2014. It may be hard to keep them straight, especially with the Toho-produced Godzilla Minus One that is not included in the MonsterVerse. Neither is the TV show Monarch: Legacy of Monsters. Neither are the several dozen Godzilla movies -and King King movies- produced before 2014. But that still leaves six monster movies to catch up on.
