Chocolate and vanilla are so yesterday, Van Leeuwen is taking ice cream to the future with seven wild new flavors.
The most tantalizing in their lineup : macaroni and cheese-flavored ice cream. Van Leeuwen is turning the iconic Kraft Macaroni & Cheese into pint sized frozen goodness. The mac and cheese ice cream immediately caused a frenzy that left Van Leeuwen’s website crashing and the products sold out within minutes of going on sale.
The mac and cheese flavor is one among seven new flavors to be launched at Walmart locations across 50 states nationwide. The other flavors include Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Planet Earth, Pizza, Hot Honey, Royal Wedding Cake, Bourbon Cherries Jubilee and Wild Blueberry Shortcake.
The brand-new offerings, retailed at $4.98 a pint, will be available in 3,500 Walmart locations for a 10-week rotation.
