Sure, we have a rash of horror films coming throughout October, but horror fans go crazy watching them all in one month. That leaves November and December open for more horror, and why not make it holiday-themed? The first taste of the new crop of Christmas horror movies is It's a Wonderful Knife, a holiday slasher from the makers of Black Christmas.
This may be good. At least it has a creative premise. The slasher is killed strangely early in the movie, but the hero of that story, Winnie, is left traumatized afterward and even says that iconic line "Everyone would be better off if I was never born." Aha, there's the link to It's a Wonderful Life! Winnie is then transported to a parallel dimension with an alternate timeline where chaos -and murder- reigns. And it all happens during Christmas time! It's a Wonderful Knife opens in theaters on November 10. -via The Mary Sueā
