A man was arrested after stealing 1,100 pairs of new Adidas “Yeezy” shoes.
Portland Police reported that the suspect, 26-year-old Rupert Crosse, stole a U-haul filled with new pairs of shoes estimated to be worth more than $250,000. According to them, the theft happened on Saturday night and they were able to locate the stolen moving van on Sunday,
Jail records showed that Crosse was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on aggravated theft and possession of a stolen motor vehicle, but he had since been released.
