Netflix is Making Squid Game into a Real Game Show

Squid Game becomes a real game show? What could possibly go wrong?

If you can't wait two years for the second season of the TV series Squid Game, you might want to sign up to be a contestant in the real thing. Netflix is now taking applications for a real game, beginning with 456 contestants, and ending by giving away $4.56 million dollars. We do not yet know whether that money will go to one person or will be divided between multiple contestants at various levels of success. The streaming service brags that Squid Game: The Challenge will have the biggest group of contestants and the biggest money payout of any TV game show ever. We can assume that the big difference will be the price you pay for losing. At least we hope so.

The game show Squid Game: The Challenge is expected to be ten episodes long, and will be completely produced before airing. The producers are hoping to get 456 contestants from around the world. The only requirement is that everyone must be able to speak and understand English. You can put your application in here. And may the odds be ever in your favor. -via Fark
