Watching Disney movies, you cannot deny they wouldn’t be half as fun without the villains. However, these iconic characters often get left behind when it comes to merchandising. The Japanese eyewear brand Zoff is here to correct that. Zoff is launching an eyeglasses collection dedicated to Disney villains.
The four devilish darlings featured on the Villains collection are Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, The Wicked Queen from Snow White, Cruella De Vil from 101 Dalmations, and Ursula from The Little Mermaid. Each design bears iconic details inspired by the character that fans will surely be thrilled to notice. The Maleficent eyewear has horns in the corners of its frame. The Wicked Queen glasses draw inspiration from 1930s crown panto style specs, a nod to its 1937 release date. Another key detail is the temples adorned with images of the Magic Mirror. The Cruella edition is definitely unmistakable - its half white and half black visage totally gives it away. Lastly, the Ursula version, sporting gorgeous light purple shade with its temples studded like tentacles and temple tips shaped like her shell necklace.
Each pair of the glasses retail at 13,300 yen (US$ 112.72). Evil never looked so good!
