Disney Cancels Low Occupancy Star Wars-Themed Voyages

If you’re ever planning to book a stay in this cabin in Disney World, you’d better try the other hotels. In an interesting turn of events, the company has been canceling reservations made to their Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, a recently-opened cabin where fans and enthusiasts could experience what it could be like living inside a spaceship.

This move by the corporation is not surprising though, as the accommodation is known for how expensive it is. People who wish to get the experience of being immersed in the sci-fi world were treated to a three-day, two-night adventure on a fictitious cruise ship, called The Halcyon, as they become part of the conflict between the Resistance and the First Order.

For a whopping $5000 per cabin, guests were treated to an excursion to Batuu, themed meals, and live entertainment, including a climactic battle for the galaxy. It was still expensive for the price, though, as the demand for the themed experience fell significantly. Some of the voyages included in the Starcruiser were operating at only 25% capacity.
