Disney normally frowns on adults who wear costumes to their theme parks, lest they be confused for official cast members. But that didn't happen to cosplayer marvel.mermaid! For a trip to Disneyland in California, she dressed up as Peggy Carter, a prominent military scientist during World War II who fell in love with super soldier Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America.
She embodied the role so well that Disney's Captain America recognized her right off, and escorted her through the park for a photo shoot! See the photos that resulted:
