Ali Spagnola, a vlogger known for her outrageous adventures and a maker of random videos takes it to the next level by turning her car into a giant chia pet.
Growing chia pet is not a new hobby but it became a recent trend, when due to a series of lockdowns and quarantines brought on by the pandemic, people became more obsessed with plants and other hobbies in the comfort of their own homes.
While most people are content with growing a small chia pet in a pot on the kitchen counter, Spagnola took it to a whole ‘nother level. First, she got a 60 lb bag of chia seed. Then, she experimented with various chia seed mixtures to see which would grow the best. Next, she spread chia seed all over her car, which she has previously covered in Astro Turf. After a few days of keeping it moist, green sprouts started to show.
Day by day the chia plant gets thicker, making Spagnola’s car the first-ever motor chi-hicle.
